To capitalize on opportunities that are geographically close as we start and grow our business, we will specifically target companies on the East Coast, however travel is not out of the realm of possibilities. 

 With over 50 years of combined experience in all facets of parking operations and our national and international professional contacts (i.e. colleagues, equipment vendors, other consultants,  etc.) enables us to analyze existing operations at all levels and offers practical solutions to increase efficiency, create growth, economic development and increase revenues.  

The principal Kim E. Jackson has been in the parking and transportation industry for over 29 years. She has work primarily in academia, however she spent 15 years in various positions within an industry Association.  She is recognized nationally and internationally as a leader, innovator and organizational facilitator.

H. Wesley Pollard Jr is the co-founder of the organization. He has over 22 years of experience working in major cities such as, New Orleans, Washington DC and Pittsburgh, as well as many smaller cities and numerous Parking Authorities. He has contributed to these organizations success through technology upgrades, reducing expenses and creating additional sources of revenue.
